Join Our Team!

Missouri SHIP is always seeking new volunteers to help others in their community. Our certified counselors help people understand their Medicare health benefits and help them one-on-one in confidential counseling sessions. Volunteer counselors form the heart of our program.

When you volunteer with Missouri SHIP, you make a real difference for people in your community. You do not have to know anything about Medicare or health insurance to apply—we provide all the training and resources you need! After training, you will have other team members, mentors, and SHIP staff to contact when you have questions or need support.
